Order tracking

How do I track my package?

1. After you order, you receive a confirmation email.
2. As soon as your order ships, you receive a second email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
3. If you created an account, you can also find tracking in the "Orders" section of your account.

I didn't get an email

Check your spam or junk folder. If you can't find it, contact us at abdelhakmsbah@gmail.com with your order number or the email address you used to order.

Delivery time

Allow 7 to 15 business days from order confirmation. Tracking can take 1 to 3 days to update after shipment.

My package hasn't arrived

If you haven't received your order 15 business days after it was confirmed, contact us: we will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is lost, we will reship your order or refund you in full.
