14-day returns

You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to return an item, no reason needed.

How to return an item

1. Email us at abdelhakmsbah@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. Send the item back within 14 days of your request to our return address in France:

   Please write the reference "61463" and your order number on the package. From the United States, this is an international shipment.
3. Keep your proof of shipment until you are refunded.

You can open and examine the product as you would in a store. If an item has been used beyond what is needed to check its features and that it works, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective, doesn't match its description, or we made a mistake: in those cases, we cover them.

Refunds

We refund the full amount you paid, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your return request. We may wait until we receive the item or proof that it has been shipped. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Defective or damaged products

If your product is defective, damaged or doesn't match its description, contact us with your order number and photos: we will offer you a replacement or a refund.
