Where we ship

This version of our store ships to addresses in the United States.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days from order confirmation. It may be slightly longer during peak periods (holidays, sales).

Shipping costs

Orders under $40: $4.95 (tracked standard shipping)
Orders of $40 or more: free shipping

Shipping costs are always shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Import duties

Depending on the product and the shipping method, US import duties or fees may apply to your order. If you have any questions about duties before ordering, contact us at abdelhakmsbah@gmail.com.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Late or missing package

If you haven't received your order 15 business days after it was confirmed, contact us at abdelhakmsbah@gmail.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is lost, we will reship your order or refund you in full.

Damaged package

If your package arrives damaged, contact us promptly with photos of the package and the product: we will reship the product or refund you.

Shipping address

Please check your address before confirming your order. If there's a mistake, contact us as soon as possible: we will correct it if the package hasn't shipped yet.
